At Pivotal Wellbeing, we offer a unique and deeply transformative experience of 9D Breathwork — a powerful fusion of conscious breathing, sound frequencies, and guided inner journeys. Designed to move energy and emotions stored in the body, each session gently invites you back to your most aligned and grounded self.

9D Breathwork has made moves worldwide, with providers across the globe — and in March 2025, Jen became Tasmania’s first certified 9D Breathwork facilitator.

What makes 9D truly distinctive — and where the “9D” name comes from — are its nine integrated elements, woven together to guide you into Alpha and Theta brainwave states. These are the states where true healing, rewiring, and release become possible.

    Binaural beats, created by playing slightly different frequencies in each ear, synchronize the brain’s hemispheres and support the shift into deeper brainwave states that allow emotional healing and mental clarity.

Where We Hold Our Sessions

Our group sessions are held at a variety of welcoming venues around Tasmania — from community centres to wellness hubs and intimate pop-up locations.
Wherever we go, we bring the same thoughtful setup, care, and calming environment.

When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a calm and supportive space. Mats, pillows, and headphones are already set up — all you need to bring is yourself, a drink bottle, and a willingness to breathe.

Once settled, Jen, Pivotal Wellbeing’s founder and facilitator will gently walk you through what 9D Breathwork is, what to expect during the session, and how the breath interacts with your body and nervous system. You’ll also be guided through a short breath practice to help you feel safe and prepared before beginning.

Every journey is deeply personal. Even in a workshop setting, you’ll be on your own mat, with your own headphones and eye mask, fully immersed in your own experience. You’re always in the driver’s seat — free to go deeper or ease back, depending on what feels right for you.

The session closes with the calming tones of crystal singing bowls and a short grounding meditation, gently guiding you back into your body. These thoughtful elements are part of what makes Pivotal Wellbeing’s sessions so unique.

Afterwards, we honour your process. If you’re not ready to talk straight away or prefer privacy, we offer the option for a follow-up phone call — a chance to debrief with Jen at a time that feels right for you.

More About Private 1:1 Sessions

For those who prefer a more personal space — or simply aren’t sure how their body may respond — we offer one-on-one 9D Breathwork sessions from our quiet home studio in Lutana.

In these sessions, Jen’s focus is solely on you. You’ll move at your own pace, with extra time and care to feel grounded, safe, and supported throughout. The crystal singing bowl integration at the end can be extended as needed, allowing your nervous system to fully settle before you return to daily life.

If emotions arise or your body calls for something different, Jen may gently draw on other modalities — offering a flexible, intuitive session tailored to your needs in the moment.

1:1 sessions are especially supportive if:

  • You’re navigating trauma or emotional intensity

  • You’re new to breathwork and feeling unsure

  • You’re neurodivergent or sensitive to group environments

  • You simply want space to process in your own time

    Join up to 11 others in a guided group session, where each person is supported to explore their own inner journey. We offer a variety of themes at a variety of venues across Tasmania, so each workshop brings a slightly different experience — whether it’s your first time or you're returning for more.

  • STANDARD SESSION: $260

    Held in our peaceful Lutana home studio, this one-on-one session offers a more personalised and supported experience. Ideal for first-timers, those navigating trauma, or anyone wanting a deeper space to explore, the session is tailored to your needs — with extended integration and optional use of other healing modalities if required.

  • PER SESSION: $65 ($260 IN TOTAL)

    Four workshop sessions to support profound transformation and long-term integration.
